Wij vragen direct na reservering een aanbetaling van 25% van het totaalbedrag. Het totale restbedrag dient 8 weken voor aankomst betaald te zijn.
Heeft u een reservering gemaakt met aankomst binnen 8 weken, dan dient u het gehele bedrag in één keer direct na de reservering te betalen.

At reception, you can only pay with your debit card or cash; we do not accept credit cards.
We accept Maestro, V PAY debit cards and banknotes up to €100.

An ATM where you can withdraw money is available at the supermarket across from reception. You can use it to withdraw money using your debit or credit card.

If, at the time of cancellation, the arrival date is within one month, you are unfortunately not eligible for a refund and will be charged 100% of the travel sum. If you cancel between 1-3 months before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50%. If you cancel more than 3 months before arrival, the cancellation fee is 15%.
You can also take out cancellation insurance through us. The cost of this is 5.5% of the total amount, with a minimum of €15. Cancellation insurance can only be taken out at the time of booking.
If you have taken out cancellation insurance with us, you are eligible for compensation from the cancellation fund if one of the persons listed on the booking:
- suddenly falls ill or is injured in an accident;
- is affected by the death of a first-degree relative;
- is affected by involuntary unemployment of the main person.
To be eligible for this compensation, you must cancel in writing and provide supporting documents.

Want to be sure you can rebook your holiday to another date? Then take advantage of our rebooking guarantee. You can move your booking to another date (in the same calendar year) at a later time (if the desired location or accommodation is available). Please note: if you make use of the rebooking guarantee and the newly chosen holiday date is more expensive than the previous booking, you will need to pay the difference. If the newly chosen holiday date is cheaper than the previous booking, we will pay the difference in a voucher. This voucher can then be used for any holiday of your choice. Please note: rebooking is possible up to 7 days before the start of the booked holiday. The rebooking guarantee can only be taken out at the time of booking.
