After making a reservation, 25% of the total amount must be paid in advance. This deposit must be paid immediately after the reservation. If the total amount is less than €125, the entire amount must be paid immediately following the reservation.
An exception is when it concerns a reservation with arrival within 8 weeks. In this case, the entire amount must be paid immediately following the reservation.

You can only pay using your bank or debit card at reception. We do not accept credit cards. If you wish, you are able to withdraw money using your credit card at the ATM at the supermarket across from reception.

An ATM where you can withdraw money is available at the supermarket across from reception. You can use it to withdraw money using your debit or credit card.

If the arrival date is within one month at the time of cancellation, you will unfortunately not be eligible for a return of the payment. In that case, you will pay 100% of the travel amount. In case you cancel between one and three months prior to arrival, the cancellation costs amount to 50%. When you cancel more than three months before arrival, the cancellation costs amount to 15%.

Want to be sure you can rebook your holiday to another time? Then take advantage of our rebooking guarantee. You can move your booking to another time (in the same calendar year) at a later date (if the desired place or accommodation is available). Please note: if you use the rebooking guarantee and the newly selected holiday is more expensive than the previously made reservation, you will have to pay the outstanding amount. If the new holiday is cheaper than the previously made reservation, we will pay the remaining amount in a voucher. This voucher can then be used on a holiday of your choice. Please note: rebooking is possible up to 7 days before the start of the booked holiday. The rebooking guarantee can only be taken out directly at the time of booking.
